Q: How much money can I really make?
A: That's really up to you. Each model is different and if you have a niche look (Goth, etc.) then you
limit your member base. We help promote and market your site but getting the members in is all up to their
choices and what you can provide them. We have written several articles that will help you and you can find
them in downloadable pdf format on our site. We also have an article about making a 5 figure income if that
gives you any ideas. But we can not say you will earn X amount each year, month, week. We can and will give
you the tools and suggestions to help you every step of the way, but this is not a "get rich quick" scam.
Q: Is this legal?
A: Provided you follow our simple common sense rules it is 100% legal. If you would like a copy of our rules
just let us know and we can email them out to you. They will also be provided later as a downloadable pdf file from
this site. You will be provided a copy (whether you request them or not) with your model release forms. By signing
and returning the model release forms you also agree to the rules so we suggest you read them. They are there to make
sure everyone has a good time and that no laws will be broken.
Q: Where is Nekkid.Net located at?
A: We do not have an "office" for guests and walk-ins. Our main location is in a secret underground bunker
(just kidding folks) in beautiful Charleston South Carolina. But we also have photographers in central Alabama, and
in central Florida.
Q: Why do you need copies of our IDs?
A: All of our models must provide a photo copy of their IDs to prove that they are who they claim to be and
that they are over the age of 18. This is a legal issue and one that can not be bypassed. None of your personal
information (real name, address, etc.) will ever be given out to anyone.
Q: How long does it take to get started?
A: By reading this far on our site, you have already gotten started. But to be set up completely and running
usually takes around 30 days. Most of that is on our end building your custom website and server setups. We have a
talented web site designer on staff but you are free to build your own site if you would like to. There are also legal
issues with some of our vendors that we will take care of for you that take some time as well, but think of it this
way, if it takes 30 days (most of that is awaiting the approval from our legal department, your site can be posted
a lot sooner), that gives you time to take quite a few pictures and videos to post so that your site has content ready
for your grand opening.
Q: Will my friends or family see the pictures?
A: If you send them to the site they will. They may also stumble across it while they are searching but if they
do that means they approve on some level of this form of art. There is technically no way to block your friends or
family out of your site unless they have a static IP address and with all of the websites out there today it is
statistically improbable they will find yours. Nekkid.Net never uses spam as a marketing tool so they will never
get an invite from us to join your site in their email.
Q: Why do I need Nekkid.Net's help?
A: The Nekkid.Net staff have years of experience in web site design, marketing, video streaming, photography,
server administration and security, credit card handling, sales, and computer savvy. We have launched several successful
Internet business'. And we can offer our years of experience to help make your site a success. We handle all legal
issues for you and provide all of this to you at no cost to you. There are several other companies out there that offer
some of what we offer, but not all that we offer. You would not be an "employee" of Nekkid.Net, you will be a part of
our growing family. We also handle your technical questions and those of your members as well which frees you up to spend
your time becoming the star you want to be.
Q: What is this talk about "paid vacations"?
A: Every year or so we hold a party. We call it NekkidFest (there are downloadable files concerning NekkidFest
on our site). We will provide transportation for you and a chaperone as well as hotel fees to our main location in
beautiful Charleston SC. We will have scheduled photo shoots but it will also give everyone a chance to meet in person
and allow you the access to our professional equipment for some updates to your own sites. We encourage you to read the
rules and info we have posted on our site about NekkidFest and encourage you to request early so that we can keep an
exact head count. We always try to hold it on an extended weekend and usually around a holiday so that it is easier for
everyone to attend that would like to.
Q: I'm not comfortable with some of the pictures I've seen on other sites, will I be asked to do some of that?
A: All of our models are encouraged to be as artistic as possible. There is nudity involved but the extent of the
nudity is left totally up to you. We will never pressure you to do anything you feel uncomfortable doing. If you're
uncomfortable or just not having fun with what you are doing then it will show in your images and your membership will
suffer. But if you feel uncomfortable with being photographed totally nude in some of your pictures or you are just trying to
build a site for other types of modeling then we might not be for you.
Q: How will I be paid?
A: As it stands now (we are working on changes) you will receive a monthly check from us for your % of your
memberships and sales.
Q: I don’t have a digital camera, can I still sign up?
A: Not having a digital camera, web camera, or video camera is really a hard work around if you would like to
be an Internet star. We know that not everyone has access to the equipment that would like to so we have set up several
plans that will allow you to purchase the cameras through us at a highly discounted rate that would simply come out of
your checks from us over a period of time. If you would be interested in that please contact Jim for more information.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: You will have to sign our model release form and a small contract for our legal department that lets us know
that you are older than 18 and that you are not being pressured into this by us or anyone else. It also states that you
have read and understand our rules. There is no time clause in the contracts that stipulate you have to work with us for
X amount of years. It is simply a legal item we must have before we can get the ball rolling. You are welcome to read it
over and show it to anyone you like before signing and we encourage you to ask questions if you need to. By requesting
a contract and model release form you are not required to sign up if you later decide that it is not for you. At any
time you can take your site down for any reason.
Q: I already have a site, can I just post those pics to a new site under a different name?
A: Simply put, no. All content on your site hosted through Nekkid.Net must be original. You are free to have
as many sites as you like through us provided that there would be an audience for it, but all images must be original.
They also must be of you. You can have guest models on your site if you like but everyone that appears in your site must
have a model release form on file with us beforehand. Different companies handle the ownership of the content differently,
so if you're working with someone else right now you might not even own the images.
Q: My husband wants to post a site to, can you help him as well?
A: You husband is welcome to appear in images with you on your site (provided we have his release form on file)
but we do not host sites for male models at this time.
Q: I'd like to offer contests for my members so they can meet me, is there a problem with that?
A: We and our legal department have serious problems with that. It borders to close to prostitution which is
something we are not in business of providing or promoting. There are also safety issues for you that you may not be
aware of. Never base you opinion on someone just by their emails and chats. That perfect gentleman might turn out to
be a not so nice guy in real life.
Q: Do you require a set amount of updates each month?
A: Not really. But we do encourage you to update often. The more content you can offer your members the better
chance you will have for them to stick around and tell their friends. In this day and age of broadband connections, it
would not be a problem for your members to download all you have in a few hours and just cancel. If you give them a
reason to stick around they will. Simply put, the more you do, the more money you have a chance of making. And since a
basic photo shoot (of 45 or more usable images) should only take you about an hour out of your day, there really is no
reason not to do it often.
Q: What if I have a problem with a member, how would I handle that?
A: Being polite and tactful should go a long way with most people but you may encounter someone that, that does
not work on. In that case Nekkid.Net will step in to talk with the person. There is no reason why you should feel
harassed by anyone and we will help in anyway to make sure that your having a good time.
Q: What would be the monthly membership to my site?
A: You can set that to what ever you like but remember to be competitive with similar sites. The going rate
seems to be between $9.95 to $12.95 a month for other sites. You can also offer discounts for members to pay for 6
months or even a year in advance. But it is totally up to you.
Q: How much of that do you get?
A: We get 50% of your membership fees and a small percentage of your sales to cover our costs for building and
hosting your site, handling your credit card transactions, tech support, to offset the costs of NekkidFest, bandwidth
fees for our server (which are usually pretty high for these kinds of sites), security for your site, to cover the legal
issues, and the various other charges we have to cover when you're running a business like this. That may sound like a
high percentage but it is the same or less than others charge and when you think about it, all of the costs fall on us
so after the expenses are paid there is usually very little left over for us. We're not in this to make money, we would
rather think of ourselves as conduits for you to make the money you deserve and at the same time get a chance to grow as
a company and family.
Q: Will my pictures ever show up on any other sites?
A: We do not sell your pictures to anyone else. We may use tasteful images of you in various marketing on other
sites that we own (Nekkid.Net main site for an example) but all of the images we use of you will always point the browser
towards your site to help increase your memberships. We will at some point use images we take of you during our NekkidFest
photo shoots to make a pay site on Nekkid.Net but they will be very limited as to what they see and they will not be the
same images you will offer on your site. They will also point the browser towards your site so they will be able to have
access to more images provided they pay your membership fees as well.
Q: I'd like to offer DVDs and videos to my members but I don’t have the equipment, can you help me?
A: But of course, we have everything from the high end digital cameras to the DVD authoring software and equipment.
We can mass produce the DVDs and drop ship them for you. The same holds true for video production. We have sets and props
available to do a quality job while limiting the costs to you since you don’t have to go out and buy any equipment.
